Raah PYQ Govt Exam Prep respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use our app or website.
Information we may collect
- Account information, such as your name, email address, and profile details when you sign in.
- Quiz activity, including your attempts, selected answers, scores, saved questions, analysis unlocks, and revision history.
- Device and usage information needed to improve performance, security, analytics, and reliability.
- Profile photo, if you choose to upload one.
Google Sign In
If you choose Google Sign-In, we receive basic profile information, such as your name, email address, and profile picture (where available), to authenticate your account and create your account.
Ads and rewarded access
The app may display advertisements, including rewarded ads, to support free access to learning features such as Concept Builder packs and Detailed Analysis. Advertising partners may process device and usage information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable platform requirements.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers for authentication, database storage, hosting, analytics, advertising, crash reporting, and app delivery as needed to operate and improve the app.
Account deletion
Users can manage their account from the Profile section in the app. When selecting Sign Out, users are given the option to either sign out or permanently delete their account and associated data. Users can also request account deletion via email. Once processed, the account and associated data are permanently removed from our systems.
