How to delete your account
If you want to delete your Raah account, contact support from the email linked to your app account.
Email request
Send an email to support@raahgroup.in with the subject line: Delete my Raah account.
What may be deleted
- Profile details linked to your account.
- Saved questions.
- Quiz attempts and question attempt history.
- Analysis unlock records and learning activity linked to your account.
- Profile photo if uploaded by the user.
What may be retained
Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup integrity, dispute handling or platform reporting.
